Ife obtained an MPhys from Heriot-Watt in 2023.
His research project was with the group focused on the use of time resolved single photon detectors for biomedical imaging.
Ife started his PhD in October 2023 and is expanding on his undergraduate project to investigate computational imaging techniques to realise transmission imaging of tissue using near-infrared light and single photon detectors.
